Your questions, answered
What does fully managed include?
Tenant repair requests handled for you, regular inspections with a short photo report, certificates (gas safety, EICR, EPC) booked before they run out, and repairs from one team. Tell us about your property and we’ll send a written proposal.
How do you invoice agencies?
Itemised, with photos before and after, in a format that fits managing-agent workflows — so the cost can be recharged without a chase.
Can you handle access, porters and keys?
Yes. We book in with porters, use service entrances and lifts as the building requires, and arrange keys and tenant access so the visit actually happens.
Do you provide EICR and gas safety certificates?
Yes — see EICR landlord requirements and gas safety certificates. Many agents run both on the same cycle so one visit covers both.
