Do you need to visit before giving a quote?
For many small jobs a photo is enough. Larger or more complicated work — or a building that demands it — gets a visit first, so the quote is written against what is really there.
Can the quote change once you start?
The quote is what you agree to before work begins. If a repair turns out to need parts or extra work, we stop and confirm the cost with you first — you are never billed by the hour without knowing.
How quickly can you come?
